Kagan oversees all building work and, alongside Kirsty, ensures each project is carefully managed and completed to the highest standard from start to finish.

Kirsty is a third‑generation Hawke’s Bay local and co‑owner of Weeks Construction. She oversees all administration and media for the business, making sure clients enjoy clear communication and a smooth, well‑organised process from initial enquiry through to completion. A dedicated mum and enthusiastic supporter of the building industry, Kirsty brings thoughtful organisation, genuine care, and a steadfast commitment to excellence to every aspect of the company.
